Aack! That's disgusting! I had an idea kind of like this but all the bugs would be controlled by cellular automata. The video would be kind of a fractal where you could zoom into a bug and then see its cells moving in the same pattern, then zoom in again and see the molecules, etc...

I don't use compositing software at all.

The video is live made : music (granular synthesis), and video (opengl within Jitter and Max/MSP). I'm using a midi controller to play the set.
This video is a -live recorded- sample of a show I'm part of : Grains and Pixels.

This is excellent. Is this a live sample from your visualist work or was it made with After Effects or something? Either way, it's great and I'd love to know about your process if it's live.

Scramble is not available as a public software ! I may release it, but it will be a hardware + software bundle.
and there is no flash involved !

Very nice indeed! just getting into VJing at the moment, playing with resolume and a midi controller. seeing stuff like this is odd - simultaneously inspirational and depressing because it just seems so far out of my reach. Persistence, persistence, persistence i guess!!
